CEA Mammography system Plus
CEA MA PLUS is a single coated orthochromatic film based on a unique combination of three emulsion layers and Split Emulsion Layer (S.E.L), consisting of monodispersed cubic crystals of identical size (Cubic Crystal Technology) These features offer improved perceptibility in a high dynamic range, from low-density to high-density areas of the breast image. Skin line and subcutaneous areas are clearly visualized without the use of bright spot illumination.
Extreme high density in the non-image are adjacent to the skin provides an excellent masking effect to optimize visibility of details in the breast.
